江山平遠

江山平遠入新秋。
此王漁洋句也。以清遠之筆，寫之隱石，張展其意，書扵其境地，有合也。心畬

Distance through rivers and mountains enters early autumn. This is a phrase by Wang Shizhen (1634-1711). Using the brushwork of Song Laihui (active, 1720s), [I] sketched the sunken rocks to expand the idea, and describing it in this region is suitable.
Xinyu [Pu Ru]

The colophon on the left was written in 1943, six years before Pu, the best painter among the last emperor's relatives, moved to Taiwan.
