Robert Indiana’s Numbers were removed from the IMA campus in late spring 2011 to undergo restoration and repainting. With that work now complete, the 10 painted aluminum sculptures have been reinstalled on the IMA’s Alliance Sculpture Court, where Numbers was first displayed from 1988 to 2005. Beginning in April 2012, the IMA will offer regular access to the Alliance Sculpture Court. To make arrangements to see the sculpture in the meantime, contact Ivy Hamstra at 317-923-1331 ext. 251.
