In Response to Kenneth Moffett

The curator for Roman Art from the Louvre at IMA, Martin Krause, recommends that you contact Golvin's publisher to inquire about a reproduction. I dug up a link for you with a little bio on Golvin (that isn't in French).
http://www.frenchpubagency.com/?fuseaction=people.main&pid=522

If you can read French, you should have no problem finding his contact info with a Google search, but if you don't it might require a bit more legwork. Good luck!

Roman Art from the Louvre Exhibition

I was most impressed by this exhibition and was struck in particular, second only to the artifacts, by the enlargements of pertinent illustrations by Jean-Claude Golvin. Specifically, the overall aerial view of Hadrian's Villa at Tivoli was a superb summation of this complex work. In the spirit of nothing ventured, nothing gained, I am posting to inquire as to whether there is any known way to obtain a reproduction of this rendering.

Thanks for any help,
Kenneth M. Moffett, AIA
