Being part of the Simons family, I look forward to your progress with the Miller house.  I spent quite a bit of time there while I was growing up.  Xenia and Irwin were known for their generosity.  My daughter, now 23, had her 1 year photos taken at the house and always wanted to have her wedding athe Irwin-Sweeney gardens(now a B&amp;B).  I hope you keep it true to its beginnings as a home to raise a family.
