That Weegee image of the band at the Savoy has strong Indianapolis ties. The Ink Spots are pictured, including Indianapolis native Charlie Fuqua on guitar. He ranked No. 19 on The Indianapolis Star’s recent countdown of top all-time Hoosier musicians. Thanks for posting!
