Homeschool Program: Bees & National Public Gardens Day

free

Registration required by May 2!

Celebrate National Public Gardens day at the IMA with a program highlighting the garden's hardest worker, the honeybee! There will be three outdoor stations where students can learn about the IMA's own honeybee colony (with a live hive demonstration), practice communicating like a honeybee, and plant flowers that will attract these busy pollinators. Participating students will receive a honeybee approved plant to take home to their own garden. This is a program designed for up to 40 homeschool students through age 12. Their educators are welcome as well.

Space is limited! To register, send the names and ages of students and their educator’s name to Heidi at hdavis-soylu@imamuseum.org by May 2.
