In the early 1970s, Paolozzi lived in Berlin at Kottbusser Damm 79 in the heart of an enclave of Turkish immigrants.
This seeming street map is in actuality the looping circuitry of an amplifier and speaker system.
Paolozzi's work often reflected his personal engagement with the complex interconnectivity of music and technology.
