Presented in Halston’s earliest collections, the sexy and easy-to-wear jumpsuit became a signature look. Halston transformed the jumpsuit into glamorous, comfortable evening wear by constructing many different versions using various luxe fabrics, thus changing the way people thought about a style formerly associated with auto mechanics and skiers. This formfitting jumpsuit with bell-bottom pant legs and a self-tie belt is made from exquisite cashmere, a favorite fabric of the designer’s since early adulthood.
