Claudio Colucci’s self-produced designs encompass architecture, furniture, and interior and product design. In 2000, he was one of the Creators of the Year—together with the RADI DESIGNERS group—at the Salon du Meuble in Paris; he also received an Appel Permanent grant (for a lamp) from the VIA (French Furniture Association), and was the winner of the “Marche” project, Daikanyama, Tokyo. Colucci’s many other awards and honors include winner of the Suzi Wan competition, 2001; Designer of the Year, Elle Decoration (France), 2003; and winner of the Tokyo Designers Block prize for best exhibition, 2004. In 2005, he was awarded the Janus du Commerce for the Délicabar restaurant in Paris.
