A Danish company founded in 1987. Its co-founders were Boris Berlin (b. 1953, Russia; resides Denmark) and Poul Christiansen (b. 1947, Denmark). Its work includes furniture and product design, for such clients as Källemo. The company’s various honors include the Møbelprisen (awarded in 2002); inclusion in Metropolitan Home’s “Design 100” issue, for Non chair (2003); Gold Award, Best of NeoCon Competition, for Genus chair (2003); and the Danish Design Prize, for Gubi chair (2004). In 2007, Komplot was awarded the Crafts and Design Biennial Prize for Nobody chair, and the Red Dot: Best of the Best award for Gubi Chair II.
