This exhibition featured the IMA’s Hopper painting Hotel Lobby and ten sketches the artist produced as studies, on loan from the Whitney Museum of American Art. The show also paired another Hopper painting from the IMA’s collection, New York, New Haven and Hartford, with watercolors related to South Truro, where New York, New Haven and Hartford was painted.
