Co-written and co-directed by the Farrelly brothers, There’s Something About Mary is a laugh-out-loud romantic comedy about an underdog told through continual gags, humor, and an undercurrent of real emotion. Cameron Diaz stars as Mary, every guy's ideal female. Ben Stiller plays a guy still in love with his high-school crush who hires Matt Dillon to track her down. On his voyage to reconnect with her, he faces an array of challenges such as a string of psychotic suitors, a defensive pup, and oops – being held for murder.
