The Bret Waller Gallery
The Bret Waller Gallery, located on Floor 1 just across from the Museum Store, is an exhibition space where community organizations can exhibit the works of their members. Exhibitions in the Bret Waller Gallery do not require general admission.

The Watercolor Society of Indiana (WSI) presents the 34th annual juried exhibition of paintings featuring works in a variety of styles. The Society is made up of artist, student and patron members statewide. WSI artists produce high-quality watercolor paintings and seek to educate the public about this beautiful transparent medium. Internationally acclaimed watercolor artist and instructor John Salminen selected the paintings and awards for the exhibit which will hang in the Bret Waller Community Gallery at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. The opening awards ceremony will be held in DeBoest Lecture Hall on October 9 at 2 p.m. The exhibit runs from October 7 to December 3.
