Robert Indiana Book
Artist Robert Indiana, famous as a pioneering Pop artist in the 1960s and renowned for his LOVE sculptures, paintings and prints so famous that the United States Postal Service put the image on a stamp. In 2003 Indiana experienced a monumental comeback in New York City with a temporary installation of colorful numbers along Park Avenue entitled One Through Zero. Author Nathan Kernan looks at Indiana's hugely influential early Pop Art work, but focuses on his more recent and extensive work with numbers and how each represents a phase in life and has its own color scheme.
