Alexander Girard was one of the decisive figures in post-War American design. The Wooden Dolls, which Girard created for his own home in Santa Fe and made himself during the 1960's, were inspired by his own extensive collection of folk art. Half decorative element, half toy, the Wooden Dolls were originally intended only for personal use. Based on the original, Wooden Doll Number 2 would be a charming enhancement to any interior.

Made of solid pinewood and handpainted.
Comes with a detailed brochure in a high-quality printed wooden box.
Measures approx. 7" x 3" x 2".
