Tiffany Boxed Notecards
A great master of stained glass and Art Nouveau ornament, Louis Comfort Tiffany (American, 1848-1933), began as a painter and brought a colorist's eye to the creation of richly hued glass. Inspired by a window he designed more than a dozen years earlier, Tiffany dreamed up the 18-karat Four Seasons box in 1914. Scenes of the seasons are miniature cloisonne enamel surrounded by opals, tourmalines and sapphires. Each season from the cover of the Four Seasons box are represented in this notecard collection.
Twenty assorted 5" x 7" blank notecards (5 of each season) with envelopes.
