These earrings are inspired by British artist George Gower's (1530-1596) Elizabethan court style painting Lady Philippa Coningsby, in the collection of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. These lovely earrings are made in the USA of gold-plate over pewter with hand-enameled beads.
