These animal tiles in relief are some of the first tiles ever made by Motawi. The designs come from medieval England and were originally made using the encaustic technique, for which the tile is flat and the design is rendered in two colors of clay. Every Motawi tile is hand-trimmed, hand-sanded, hand-dipped, and hand-glazed. Signed by the Motawi artist. Features a notch in the back for hanging or can be combined with an easel. Dimensions: 3w x 3"d.
