Matisse, Life in Color Exhibition Tours

Meet on Floor 2 at the top of the escalators.

Join a docent led tour of this major exhibition of masterworks by the great French artist, Henri Matisse (1869–1954). It is drawn almost entirely from The Cone Collection of The Baltimore Museum of Art – one of the most renowned collections of Matisse’s art in the world. There are a limited amount of guests per tour, please check with the Welcome Desk upon your arrival for an assigned tour time.

October 15 - December 20
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 2 pm
Thursday at 2 and 6 pm
Saturday & Sunday at 1, 2, and 3 pm

December 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, January 4, 5, 10, 11, 12
Because of anticipated high volume, the 1 and 3 pm Public Tours on December 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, January 4, 5, 10, 11, 12 will be limited to 15 visitors; there will be no 2 pm Public Tour. In addition, IMA Docents will be available in the galleries from 1 to 4 pm to answer your questions
