Join Matthew Myer Boulton, Christian Theological Seminary President, and Curator Rebecca Long for this special tour, The Spiritual Dimensions of Matisse's Vision. Matisse had some bold, intriguing views with respect to art and spirituality. He was particularly influenced by the arts of Byzantine Christianity and Islam and, in 1951 shortly before his death, he put his ideas in strong terms: “All art is worthy of the name religious.”
